If your customer is satisfied, they will be back.
- Happiness Matters. Give the customer what they need.
- Complement the customer. Make them smile.
- Be welcoming and kind. Make the customer feel good.
- If you don’t have what the customer needs, find a way to offer an alternative, or order in what they need.
- Go above and beyond what the customer was expecting. Offer enhanced service, or free / reduced items.
