mission statement
"Economic Empowerment - an essential growth programme
for a community"
Black
Economics Foundation (BEF) is a new organisation which plans
to form Economic Empowerment Groups (EE groups) within
existing organisations which will educate people to psychologically
empower them to go on to greater feats and financial success.
Obectives:
To form local Economic Empowerment Groups/Networks (EE groups)
These networks can be formed in clubs, neighborhoods, churches,
families, friendship groups, workplaces or associations.
The EE groups can be as small as 3 people, but no larger than
30. All participants must be able to interact with others
during the sessions. The programme is voluntary. However those
who join must be committed. A group leader would be nominated,
and detailed discussion materials/notes would be given to
that leader.
The time
required for the course will be 20 hours. This can be 4 sessions
of 5 hours, 7 sessions of 3 hours, 10 sessions of 2 hours.

improve our economic situation.

business ideas, connections, support, advice, mentoring,

____________________
For those working in good jobs, people are generally unaware
of how to leverage their income, and this outlook could easily
be rectified from an EE goup course.
The EE
groups are not on any political agenda or bandwagon, but just
want to ensure that more of the community moves from near
the bottom rung of the ladder to near the top of the ladder.
The EE
groups should to encourage people who have achieved highly
in whatever forms, to assist others to do as well or better.
It will act as a conduit for those who want to give back to
a community.
BEF
has created the detailed blueprint for the programme. This
will available from this site when it is published shortly.
BEF
will document all aspects of this project with a view to providing
a lasting method to move a people, like a McArthur Plan worked
so well for West Germany after the second world war. The pilot
will run for 3 years, with a view to its extension to 25 years
and beyond after evaluation proves its success.
This
programme will cause a sea change among those who take part.
The educational and motivation part must be radical and forceful
enough to cause changes in thought patterns, increase incomes,
enable unemployed to find work, enable capable people to reach
for promotions, enable people to understand how their spending
affects communities around them, enable the desire to pursue
courses/training which will increase status, and enable the
growth of a new breed of business people.
The
Black Economics website has been in existence since 2005.
This programme has been in preparation for one year.
The
programme is suitable for all nationalities.
